As deep as they were before they are deeper. When I fired it up my 12 year old son said "Wow, that's deep"

To answer others:
They are quieter (not quiet) but it took out all the sharpness when rolling into the throttle.
I say give it a try. You'll only be out 5 bucks and 10 minutes if your not impressed. I think you'll like them though.

Nope...look again at the pics.
The cups slip into the header side of the baffle...leave the 'glass and all the rest as from KW. I sent the wire through the baffle holes and the cup holes to keep them tight then set them back in place. Easy as pir, regain some torque w/ the gain in back pressure.!
ok ok i got it, Header side, side closest to engine ( sorry New to all these terms )
Bread basket, wire adds friction when mounting,( so you dont get a rattle effect ??) install, leaving the KW already supplied baffle setup, and rumble tumble away???
