I like it too. To be honest, I love all Harley's! Make it your own. Look at it like a canvas, and make your own masterpiece.

I like it and to be honest, I'm not a big fan of the traditional bobbed fender.

They should call it a "Fat Glide" or a "Wide Tail"...It has the rake and the 21" front wheel, but the rear end doesn't look at all like my WG.

One thing is for sure....Like it or not, this new "Wide Glide" seems to be stirring up a he11 of alot of talk! Seems to me that the MoCo is already accomplishing what they set out to do by making the changes.....get people talking (and therefore give more people the chance to get interested).

That being said......Doesn't look like any wide glide I have ever seen. If it had pulled into my parking lot before I saw it on the site, I would have no Idea what it was. Probably would have thought it was a street bob upgrade.

Reminds me of when AMC gussied-up the old Hornet and called it an AMX.

Some of you guys are getting awfully dramatic about what boils down to less chrome and a different fender.

I mean honestly, comparing it to the Mustang II and AMX? Whether you like the new fender, it's got the same motor, frame, front end, etc. as the last Wide Glide that you all call a "real" WG.

Personally I think it looks great. I like your "real" WG's too. I like both fenders. I really dig the black with flames, the fact that the flamed paint comes with a black console to match, I dig the beefy 180 rear tire, and the blacked out treatment of the wheels/motor.

It will likely be my next bike. Throw the black knurled edge HD gas cap and matching LED gauge on there, the black diamond grips/brake pedal/pegs, chrome shorty pipes, chrome fork lowers, a Headwinds 5 3/4 Mariah headlight (chrome), replace the horn cover/derby cover with wrinkle black, new internally wired drag bars, and some black shift lever/linkage/brake lever goodness, a new air cleaner, a taller black sissy bar, new seat, and I'm ready to rock Yessir, my 2010 WG is already planned out in my head Now to see how much I can get for my metric!

I don't like the rear fender, with the chop it looks just "cut off" on the back.

They're easy changes, but not liking the bars or sissy bar either.

Looks like crap. Not impressed with any of the 2010's

As others have said, it's a nice bike, but it's not a Wide Glide (and I don't care if that's what the MoCo called it). The Mustang / Mustang II and Hornet / AMX analogies might be a bit harsh (or is it more like the LeMans / Korean LeMans?). Since someone brought up the AMX, it made me think of when they (AMC) ruined the Javelin w/ those bubble fenders and that weird tail treatment. That's probably a closer analogy to what happened here. Still a lot of the same things, but it didn't really look like a Javelin. I think the MoCo would have done better if they'd come up w/ some other name for it (e.g. Deuce, Rocker, X-bones, etc.). To me (and obviously many others), the WG is all about being at the top of the Dyna heap. It's a factory chopper w/ some distinctive styling elements, and LOTS of chrome. Wide Glides are not meant to be blacked out, they're meant to SHINE. They say chrome won't get you home, but then again, neither will black.

It may have a WG front end in generic terms but It's not what I would call an HD Wide Glide. I like it ok. But they disappointed me with that exhaust and rear fender.

Of all the 2010's I like that CVO Softail Convertible best. The Fatboy Lo is pretty cool too.
