sad day for me
Any "accident" that everyone walks away from is OK. Sucks that all the repairs will have to be done on the bike but at least you two will be able to look back at it at a later date. Some arent so lucky.

my bran new black lowrider a kid 18 tryed to pass me on the right hand side me and my girl went down.....we are very sore the bike is a mess needs a new tank pipes are dent handle bars are twisted thank god we are alive...see what happens the bike has 300 miles on it.....i will sue a cop saw everything the cop pulled the kids license right on the spot..........

I hope they fine the **** out of that kid, and keep his license for a while.
Sue him good. Not to be mean to him, but so that he will feel the sting and learn his lesson, and he will likely talk to others about it and warn them of what could happen.
I almost got t-boned a car monday. I managed to slow enough to get around her. She was on the cell phone and i just wanted to get off the bike and kick her damn window in and yell "GET OFF THE ****** PHONE AND DRIVE"!!!
I should have so she would have talked about it.
