Looks like you were running pretty rich? How long have you had the 103 kit? What kind of tuner? Was it properly mapped? Was it dyno'd?

this was pre-103 running SE Stg1 map that showed a flat 13:1 afr straight across the board. I was using IED's at the time.

This looks like a gasoline issue. I have three words for you: Marvel Mystery Oil.

Mix the Mystery oil with the gas......I know that's a dumb question.

I usually use Exxon around home and quckie marts on road trips.
Always 93 octane (is this an octane issue?).
Has anybody else tore down their engine and seen less buildup after similiar mileage?
Looks like MMO is relatively cheap. I'll give it a try with the new 103 parts.
Just another reason to have bags.

interestingly the HD website says the SE plugs are for stock compression ratios (no/no for my 103)
I put the stock ones back in till I can get some platinum ones tomorrow

Electrodes are worn and gap looks too big but the color looks good.
