Beef up the bottom end.... Trued and welded crank, timken bearing conversion and the SE compensator sprocket.....

From there: full exhaust system, cams, headwork, big bore kit... and some other tuner...

Weld the crank before doing a full exhaust? Sorry, just giving you a hard time.

IMO I would throw a full exhaust on it and maybe some small cams. Unless you plan on going further with it later. Then go all out like suggested above.

What's your goal? But, like pig and SC said, just ride it for now! Work on it this winter!

For the street; usually mild cams (SE 211 for example) or an exhaust tuned for power or replace the fuelpack with a more sophisticated tuner, or hire a tuner, or all four and lose some weight.....

Lots of choices in cams so you need to decide what you want and how far you want to go with it.

Then big bore or higher compression or both, beefing up the bottom end, larger injectors... perhaps some head polishing, 29 or 30 tooth sprockets... etc etc. . what archer said.. nothing is better at making more power than more cubic inches, however.

I did stage one short shots, vance and hines high flow breather and a fuel pac, my nest step is a sprocket cams and a dyno at harley. I will be done then until it needs a motor then it will get big bore. for what its worth a 2 into 1 makes the most power somewhere between 14-18 horse depending on system.

Open your wallet and repeat after me "help yourself"! We need to know how much of your money we can spend!

In extremis you can fit a billet motor, up to around 170 inches with that sort of horse-power. If that is a bit too much there are 124-127 inch motors out there that will give you those sort of numbers in hp. You can get close to those figures by getting your motor tuned by a good tuning shop, or make around 100 or so yourself, by bolting bits on.

I made do with an S&S 107 as a sort of compromise. What appeals to you most? I have 102 HP/103 TQ. Seems satisfactory!

Are you on a 88 or 96?
Lot's of guys been loving the sprocket swap.
If you can save up ~2K you can do a BB like me or if you can wrench then you can do a head port & cam swap for less.
