That looks awesome, I know what I'm doing over the winter!!

How involved did the "mods and tweaks" get? Just trying to get an idea if this is something I can do by myself in my garage or if I need to take it to my Dad's and have him help me out.

Time to start collecting parts!

Looks awesome... nice mod. Are you going to leave the fender strut covers brushed or get them chromed or painted?

Had to make 1/4" spacers for the shocks.
There is a golden bracket on the inside of the fat bob fender that you need to drill out one side of it for the bolt to hold the rear turn signals.
install turn signal mod.
rewire the turn signals under the fender.
I soldered all of my connections.
I need to find some more of the rubber conduit under the fender to finish the install.

I think they look great brushed. Is it possible to turn chrome into a brushed look? The only thing that comes to mind is steel wool and a lot of elbow grease but I'm not sure if that is the way to do it...

Holy Butts Bat Man.. that fender looks amazing, for ssecond i thought that tire was actually bigger. the profile alone give it a fatter ***.

For 182 thats not bad for a fender, and how did ya paint it? did you take it to a Body shop?

Painted it in my fathers paint shop.

4 coats of base 6 coats of clear and alot of sanding and buffing to get the texture to match the factory.
