Stupid question
I wanted to ask where is the location of the oil drain plug on a 2007 dyna. I just orddered my manuel but I need to change the oil on the bike before a ride that I am doing befere it gets here. Help would be great. Thank you guys very much.

Here's how it is on my FXD2003. My guess is that it's the same with your bike.
The drain plug for the primary case is at its lower back end. Don't forget to change the oil filter as well!

2 more "don't forget"s- replace the o-ring, they are cheap. And, remember to put the drain plug back in. Sounds simple enough, but there's enough stories about that to write a book.

Engine drain is oriented horizontally; tranny drain - vertically. I think if you try filling the filter before installing it, you're gonna have a mess. Just my opinion, but I am the world's leading authority on my opinion.

There's three identical drain plugs, only two face down, one is the primary (on the primary case) and the other is the transmission.
And the one that is facing towards the kickstand side of the bike is the engine oil.
