The ones with the chrome cap is the Bareback brand, that's the one the dealer wanted to sell me, including the cap and brackets they were about 225.00. But after looking at the other brackets the Easy seems to be the best price. Are the Easy brackets a tight fit ?? do they rattle? There's also the Edge Brackets, they look similar to the Easy brand, with a few improvement according to them. Sorry can't link their web sites. Not that good at computers
Edge brackets used to be called ghost brackets. Basically the same thing as Easy brackets. Here's the links for each one telling you why their product is better than the others...
It took a bit to get my easy brackets to where the brackets slide on without too much trouble, and at the same time, allow my HD QD hardware to slide on with too much trouble at the same time. But it's there now.
If the bags are empty, they will rattle a bit on rough road. But when I'm sportin the bags, there is usually something in them... not a problem at all.
