iam not for sure if you purchased it from me or my ebay store or you might of purchased it from another mfr.. if you did purchase it from me you should of email me with the issue i would of replaced it or refunded your money. i havnt heard of any issues with my lifts and i have sold alot of of them over the last 5 years, but sh$t does happen. but if it was me then email me we will work something out, i dont bite unless your a female. jackyl
