Might as well formally introduce myself. My name is Matt and this is my 09 Street Bob. I purchased it through the Military ENCS program while I was deployed. Got back on the 8th and picked it up on the 11th with 6 miles on it. Did a PGR mission this morning and rolled over 950. Guess its time for 1K service already. Enough talk here it is.
Me driving away from Harley dealer in Round Rock, TX (great dealer by the way)
And this is just a stock shot of it
started to change things
added V&H Duke A/C, Straight shots, and a Fuel Pak.
changed out the pegs and grips
and relocated the rear license plate to a vertical side mount with a bunch of spare stuff I had lying around. Just bought a license frame LED light from www.radiantz.com.
Tweakin, yours was my inspiration while I was deployed.
The other mods are coming maybe later when I can't ride like winter, which isnt that long here, but triple trees and forks black, maybe roland sands vintage bars, wrapped exhaust.
Im in need of forwards bad, Ive been keeping an eye on ebay and on here but no luck as of yet.
Your bike looks awesome, and is off to a great start man! Congrats. If you need any info on trimming up that rear tail light bracket, Tweak gave me the info on how to do it, and it turned out awesome (I've got a thread on here about the process). Welcome and be safe.
