really nice that mate... look a load better that the **** fat bob back end, I was in my dealer last week and ordered a 09 street bob fender to do the same thing.. not to much messing around then?
I would like to see pictures of the end product when it will be put on it
I don't know if you could say that...They are hers to for letting me put the time and wrenching that goes into them
Well, you said they were your babies, so I had to assume... from a previous marriage then?
No offense, but as babies go - those are some big ugly kids. As a car & a bike, they're pretty nice looking, but as kids... really made me wonder what you and your wife look like.
So I am currently In Iraq right now and I have a beautiful Fatbob waiting for me at home! Ever since I got the bike the first day the 2008 bikes were made I have been wanting to change the rear fender to the street bob fender. If I put the WG fender on can I lower the bike at all and if i do how much could I lower it? Do I have to weld or do any adjustments like that? I just want to get home slap this bad boy on and ride for miles and miles and mile and not stop for anything but gas! Thanks a ton man!
Awesome. Glad you showed us. I am 99% sure I'm going to want to do that as well. Really makes me think it should have been designed that way from the start.
2008 fatbob with 2010 wideglide fender and wide glide sissy bar!
It took a lot of fabrication but my baby is now done! Later today I will post some pictures of it! Oh yeah and I painted my bike! You will all love it!
Man that looks good. Not to bike bash, but never was a fan of the Fat Bob because of the ducktail and the headlight. But I tell you, that right there is sweet by any standards! If they would make the Fat Bob look like that off the show room floor, i might be tempted to trade in the W.G. Ok, not really but it is sweet.
