Just got mine delivered today. I was able to stuff my size XL Joe Rocket "Reactor" armored mesh jacket into the 91615-09 rigid bag. No way will my all-leather "Reactor" fit, though. I have a set of Easy Brackets on the way and am going to mount those on the bags, removing the stock brackets. l also plan to get the 57338-08 detachable windshield. When I'm done, I will have a Fat Bob with easy on/off touring capability. Sorta like a Road King "lite".

Yeah I got the same bags 91615-09 and my leather jacket just fits in without any Armour fitted to it.

Did you hard mount them or make them detachable?
