Fat Bob Tins
Hey out there all. I put this in the forum for wtb, didnt see anything in the parts for sale section as well, so just thought Id give a shout out here. Im looking for a set of tins for a 2008 Fat Bob, or just a fuel tank. Took a spill and damaged my tank on mine fairly bad with a massive dent. I didnt realize how hard it is to find a tank for an 08 fat bob on ebay or looking around salvage sites or classified sections. If anyone knows of a place to get one online or other, let me know, but Id just as soon go with a new set of tins all around. Willin to work with someone.

Nazareth27, You can widen the search for at least 2006 up Wideglides and Fatbobs they share the same tank, just not paint and badges. I think another dyna model too like the Low Rider but I am not certain.

I've been trying to hunt down a rear fender (also have a WTB thread here too) and I'm having a hard time finding one that isn't mangled on eBay and Craigslist. I'm just too cheap to spend $180 at the dealer...LOL

thanks guys for the replies, and the help. I found a company online that'll repair the dent, and bring it back to the original paint color, got an estimate today of 375, lot cheaper than buying a new tank or buying a used one that I have to repaint or do anything else to I think. Any other info though is still great if anyone has any.
