Thanks everyone! Looks like I am going to have some fun tonight trying to figure that sh*t out. I don't have a service manual yet, I know this maybe asking alot, but does anyone have a screenshot of this page or a URL link. I will try the pin or precision screwdriver. Thanks again and wish me luck. The solder thing will be my last resort, I am a little weary about things like that.

Hey Mud.... I like the turn signal pulled in close.Because I am running bags on my Dyna I had to get HD's extenders that fasten to the backside of the lic plate. They suck. Glad I don't have to look at them rolling down the road.
Got a question for you......What is the jack shown under your scooter? Looks like something I should have under mine.....piniongear

MUD,
How low do those jacks go? I am using those red ones from Sears (loaner from friend). I have lowered my Bob, but even when it was stock height, I had a hard time placing the red jack under the Bob. I may buy one of those yellow ones if they are lower.

kaduku, If I get off work at a decent time I will go out and remove one of my connectors again and see if I can explain it easier after that. there is a clip at one end (the end the wires enter from) that you have to lift up first, it just has two small catches on each side then it will fold up so the wires can be removed, the tool will be used on the opposite end to free the wires from there individual holes by inserting it in the slot next to where the wire is. geez this is confusing even me just typing this, I don't want to explain it wrong so I better double check. thx mojo

Don't cut and solder please. Those pins will come out.

Here are two pages:

I did the pin and wire extraction by myself, but I would have liked to had another pair of hands.
Mine don't work like they used to, and I can't see very good anymore.

pg, that is the sears aluminum sickle jack. Finally picked one up a few weeks ago and I really like it.

On the Dynas, you also need the HD frame to jack blocks.

kaduku, the deck height is 3.5"

If the red one is troublesome here, cut a couple bocks of 2x12, and roll your scoot onto those first. Presto another 1.5" clearance.

I looked at the red and the yellow jacks, and even the visual side by side told me to fork over the extra 80 bucks.
And the red jack weighs exactly twice as much.

What kind of lowering have you done to your bob??

Changed shocks to Progressive 412 11 inchers and thanks for the link. I will be going at it during the basketball playoffs.
