Joe, I would send you a few I did as well as different ways of doing them. You can do a completely flush one (the lens is contoured, sanded and polished smooth) than covered with paint. This means if you wanted to do a HD logo (example), just apply the tape but leave the separator lines but leave the actual logo in tape or mask. You paint the whole fender than pull the logo tape or mask area leaving a exposed logo for the stop light. Kind of hard to understand. You must use a actual lens material with defusing pattern on the underside and smooth on the exposed side. What I am saying is you leave the light but paint around it, kind of like a light picture.
You can also weld, form and cut a design than make a frame, weld to the inside od the fender than attach the lightbox. I have many LED's and also different styles as well as many functions.
