No, and I guess I didn't mention that. Step 8 in the DTC is as follows...
8 - If DTCs are not to be cleared, Press and release the odometer reset button. Part number of module will be displayed.
NOTE: To determine if a code is current or historic, clear the displayed code by pushing in and holding the odometer reset button ( longer than 5 seconds) until 'clear' comes up. Release the odometer reset button. Turn OFF the ignition switch. Run your bike and shut it down then recheck the DTCs again by repeating steps 1 to 9. If the code is current it will reappear.
If you got the P0122 TP Sensor Open/Low EFI, it could possibly be a bad connection or broken wire within that circuit. The injector wires are known for not having enough service loop and getting pulled when the engine rocks within the rubber mounts pulling the wire apart, the insulation stretches but the wire doesn't and breaks. Maybe your throttle position sensor wires have the same problem.

we are fixed!!!! for now.... I'll never say it's going to work forever without more adjustments...
long story short I found a short in a wire that runs right behine my battery.. I fixed that and put the bike back together and everything is running good.. took it for a short 5 mile ride and it ran great!!
Thank you everyone for your help and suggestions!!!
A friend of mine has an 04 Wide Glide. He is on his third fuel pump (fuel injected) which is located in the tank. He had the exact same problems you described.

When I swapped out my tins this past winter, I installed a new fuel pump assembly to avoid future problems. After a few months, the bike started acting up. After trying a bunch of ****, the dealer suggested I put the old pump back in. Didn't make much sense, but I did it. All the problems are gone.
