Default Thunderheader installation done!

It was not easy at all, there was difficult to get it align for both cylinders!
I did put the front frange first, then the rear!
same time I put onthe classic S&S...
I did't take much photo, just couple from my iphone!

I don't think mine was all that difficult to align. Had the bike apart, exhaust installed, and runnin down the road in about 3.5hrs or so...by myself. In my previous profession (hvac installer) I learned to use my feet and legs as hands so I used them to hold the end of the pipe up while I fit the headers in. As my old boss used to say "make it work."

Your photo instruction was very helpful, the ball end allen work great!
does your bike vibrate more after the TH on?

Glad it helped you. as far as vibes, it does but I can't say if it's the TH causing it.

Vibration was strong on the first start right after pipe installed!
Took a 1st ride(new pipe) today, vibration back to normal, but lots of popping!!
smoke test there is no exhaust leak around header pipe!
is that popping normal from Thunderheader?

Yeah, that pipe is the biggest pain in the *** to install. I've had to do it several times, and I hope not to have to ever do it again.

The low rider looks great though man. That THeader looks nice on there.
