Thunderheader installation done!
It was not easy at all, there was difficult to get it align for both cylinders!
I did put the front frange first, then the rear!
same time I put onthe classic S&S...
I did't take much photo, just couple from my iphone!

But get it done...
I did put on and take out again...coz the brake pedel was loose and hang, when I realized i need to do it again! i just look at it and lost!
but the 2nd time to was easier, may be took me 10 mins.
Thunderheader is so laud...too laud, and the bike now shake a lot more?!
more vibration like a old Harley!

I don't think mine was all that difficult to align. Had the bike apart, exhaust installed, and runnin down the road in about 3.5hrs or so...by myself.
In my previous profession (hvac installer) I learned to use my feet and legs as hands so I used them to hold the end of the pipe up while I fit the headers in. As my old boss used to say "make it work."

Vibration was strong on the first start right after pipe installed!
Took a 1st ride(new pipe) today, vibration back to normal, but lots of popping!!
smoke test there is no exhaust leak around header pipe!
is that popping normal from Thunderheader?

Yeah, that pipe is the biggest pain in the *** to install. I've had to do it several times, and I hope not to have to ever do it again.
The low rider looks great though man. That THeader looks nice on there.
