Cool Sert $$$

I am new to this tuning stuff. I have an 05 FXDWG/I that has the stage 1 download and high flow A/C. I recently pulled off the Screamin Eagle slip ons (not the "good" ones) and put a full system set of Rineharts. 1) Do I need to have a tuner installed 2) If so what is that gonna cost to get installed and tuned

I miss carbs! Call me retro!

The pipes sound great (They are loud so I can't sneak up on anyone) and the bike doesn't pop. They were a good deal from Dennis Kirk on Ebay, only $250 and they are new! I just had to get them!

The short answer is no, the download will protect your bike from being too lean. SERT is just one of the ways to adjust fuel/air/etc. Try giving Jamie at fuel Moto a call (Forum Sponsor). he's in the business of explaining all this.
