I like it but personally I'd search for a little deeper of a gold. just a lil darker

Some old school gold flake paint as your main color, then some black scallops with tooling under neath. To achieve the black look over tooling I'd use some of Duplicolor's Metalcast Smoke MC-206 (couple layers should achieve a sort of transparent black).

I also really like this... then i can stripe it in red to ouline the design...

I've always liked this style paint job. I think you could tie it in nicely with the gold parts.

I'm with Wyde Glyde. As is, I would have to go with a green or blue so it just is not a black paint job. The gold itself looks great! And they old school style is sick. Go with it!
