On my way to Daytona the other week stuck in traffic on the beach road I noticed my yellow engine light come on (flashing) then on steady. Fearful for the bike I pulled over and let the bike cool right down, after which I rode home some 100 miles with no problems the light has not come on since.
I looked at the engine oil temp and this was 251 deg with digital dipstick, I run a Thundermax with autotune so I would think that it should try its best to alter anything if temps were getting high, just curious !
Any thoughts my bike was also chirping (I have the Scorpio i900 alarm) but I think that the key fob in my pocket might have been pushing against the arm or disarm button. ???

If I have removed the stock ECM and replaced it with the Thundermax unit will any of this still count.

I'm sorry I cannot answer this question and could not find anything on trouble codes at the TM website. Perhaps you'd send them an email. Here's the link to the "contact us" page

Download the TMax tuning manual from Zippers website. On page 93 are the trouble codes. Even though it's like 200 pages, it would be a good idea to print it out and read it. Good reading material for the crapper.

Thanks, nevil!
Scoobysteve, here's the link to this TMax tuning manual pdf file.
I have seen this before, the cause was the after market security system. When we removed the security system the issues disappeared, The security system was faulty.
Nevil, not to highjack the thread, but what handlebars do you have on your bike. Look like FXDX. How is the handling? In the corners and for the long haul? Jay
