I was told by the dealer that I could order the black ones as OEM, which would cost more than ordering the chrome ones, which are considered an accessory. I opted to order the chrome ones (part # in catalog), however when they came they were the black ones. The PN on the box was the same as the one in the catalog for chrome. Maybe I just lucked out on this one.

J&P has a chrome set in their catalog, I believe they get them direct from HD tho.
