Rear Axle Nut

Can anyone tell me what size it is on an '08 FXDC? Dropped by the shop today and the guy behind the counter said a 32mm, but it's not. That's $5 I'll never get back again...lol.

Its a 36MM (nevermind thats on mine)

Sorry thats not right for the FXDC, spoke wheels use a smaller one and not sure on the size.

The rear axle nut size on my 2007 FXDC is 28mm. Yours should be the same size. On my bike the correct tightening torque is 92-98 ft. lbs.

On my 08 FXDC, the "nut" is 36mm, the hex on the axle bolt itself is 28mm.
