'10 Wideglide wheels on a '07 SB?

Can anyone tell me if the wheels off a 2010 Wideglide will fit on my 2007 Street Bob?
I'm not necessarily looking to go wider on the rear but I would like to go to the black rims and a 21" front.
Can I buy a take-off set of wheels from the '10 WG or do I need to have my hubs and rear wheel powdercoated and get my front hub laced to a 21" black wheel?
Are the axles the same diameter? Can I just make new spacers? Will the front SB brake caliper and rotor work?

bearings and axles are 25mm on the 10 and 1 inch on the 07... but anythings do able
