Default super glide backrest

hey y'all. I have a 09 superglide that I am debating putting a HD backrest on. Anyone have one on a superglide so I can compare the tall vs low vs med low? I have the super glide passenger pillion I will be using it with and am trying to see which height looks the best with it.

Default Low backrest

This is a pic of the low backrest I have. For carrying a passanger I personally would not go lower for comfort/safety reasons, but I'm thinking of adding the mini because it looks cool when going solo in my opinion. all just personal taste.

Hey thanks for putting that up! great paint job by the way. I was concerned the low would not be tall enough but after seeing your picture it looks much taller than the catalog makes it look.

I have the medium HD backrest. I don't use it much for 2up but as a place to attach my rally pack when I am going on a trip. If you put the rally pack on the passenger seat it makes for a good backrest. Bryan

My wife has been happy with the backrest as far as comfort. I can't imagine her liking the low one.

So that is the "medium low" in your picture?

Mine is called the "short" in the catalog. I'm using the rigid sideplates with it. Probably not too good for a passenger, but I don't carry many. I wanted it more for looks and strapping an overnite bag to it, if needed.

This removable backrest works great for me when the BW wants to go for a spin.
