Molly, as much as you may hate to do it to a new bike, if you punch out the center plug in each muffler with a pipe or prybar, your bike will sound really good, and very "harley-ish".

Molly, congrats in the new BOB and the black ice denim looks great on you. I put the stage 1 upgrade along with black VH short shots. The short shots in black would look great on your bike. Also is HD relocating the turn signals and is the saddle bags a quick release system. I am going to purchase garageleathers solo bag. Good luck.

I've posted in other sections, but thought I should introduce myself here since I will probably be in this section a lot now.
I just got my first bike yesterday--2010 black ice denim Street Bob. My dad is thoroughly disgusted with my color choice, but I think it is the most beautiful bike I have ever seen. I love it!
I had a gloss black engine guard installed, and have synthetic saddle bags on order, but it is otherwise stock. I can see getting carried away with mods, but since a lot of my budget is going to having the bike in my garage, I will have to contain myself.
My skills aren't up to the bike yet, so I will be taking it slow in parking lots/neighborhood so I can be ready to commute to work on it everyday by Spring.

congrats again on the bike , i see this chick on her bike every day commuting to work without fail she is not a fair whether rider at all she rides that thing day in day out so you can do it tooo!!! i know you have snow and all that, but i see you doing the same as much as you can ,i love your enthusiasm .

I think you made an awesome choice on the bike and the color for a woman/girl/hottie. Enjoy the ride and in my opinion you are the best accessory I have ever saw on a Street Bob. :-) Keep It In The Wind!
