Default Fuelpak Question

I ordered a Fuelpak from Dennis Kirk (V&H Fuelpak 61005) and they shipped me Fuelpak 61003. After some really poor customer service from Dennis Kirk, I contacted Vance and Hines directly. Super nice and helpful people. They said that the model I had would fit, but is meant for a touring model. They informed me that the wiring harness was an 1" or 2" shorter than the Dyna model, but it will fit. Has anyone installed this model number? Apparently, if you installed the Fuelpak before 2007, then you installed this model. How tight a fit is it, and should I just return it to the "friendly" folks at Dennis Kirk.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Since Dennis Kirk shipped you the wrong FuekPak, return it to them. They should be paying for the return shipping charges too. If they give you grief, simply dispute the charge on your credit card and buy from someplace else. The FuelPak fits fine, but you need the extra inch or two as the cables on the FuelPak are very thick.
