I got it 4 November, installed the backrest yesterday.

I think a set of mini apes (nothing outrageous 12's maybe) would totally set that bike off with the sissy bar. I would angle the lines of the bars with the backrest to balance the look (JMO)

I kicked back and forth with my Softail between drag bars and mini apes and wound up selling her for this one. I admit mini apes would compliment, but I have to say that I bought this one because of the way it looks and the riding position feels, no apes for this one.

congrats on the new bike, it looks great! At first i didn't like the new rear fender on the Wide Glide but it's growing on me the more I see them.
