+1. Same here. Plug and play, couldn't be easier. I changed the rear T/Sig lens to red at the same time.

I changed my turn signals lenses to red as well. But the back of the bike really lights up now. I too wonder why the MOCO doesn't do that just for a safety feature.

Because they can sell it to you after you buy the bike and make extra money.
I have the Kuryakyn Panacea rear LED combo with running/brake/turn lights. I also added the LED turn signals lights for front and rear from them as well. I like 'em and added them for safety because of the flasher brake light for the rear, too many people riding my ****!
You can get 1157 LED's at auto zone for about $10 or so. Pop those in your stock signals. I had the Harley module on one of my bikes and it died after about 6 months. I have the Biketronics now and it's been fine for several years.

The Badlands box will fit tightly right in front of the main plug in the fuse box on an '09 FXDF Fat Bob. Would assume it would be the same on the FXDB. No need to zip tie it down as it will not move and still leaves room under your seat for accessory wiring or the relocation of the plug board for the main power supply to the rear indicators and previous brakelight. Will take pictures later today and try to post tonight.
Get the Harley part. Can be purchased at any HD dealer. This item is a no brainer for safety and is a no brainer to install. I too wonder why HD doesn't install this as OEM equipment on every motorcycle they sell.
