Default Tool bag question

I bought a tool bag from Fox Creek Leather.Where is the best place to mount it,forks or frame?

I have mounted it on the forks, handle bars and the frame. The frame has worked the best for me.

i think they look much better on the frame than on the forks/bars etc imfuo

I think I like it on the frame better too. Did you guys use anything other than the leather strap to mount it? (i.e,zip ties,etc.)

I like the forks as long as the tool bag doesn't have strap buckles that will scratch the front fender when the suspension compresses. It happened to me, so I now have the Fox Creek Leather Safety Snap Tool Bag.

I've had mine mounted on the forks before, relocated it to low on the frame, immediately felt an improvement in handling by getting that weight lower on the bike.
