What do you think about my winter mods??
Sick man! i am intrested in any info you can give us on the front end?! did you machine the stock ducati trees? how was the stem fitment? who made the trees? is it a cad program you have by chance?!
I bet that it really handles SWEET in the twisties. I am really digging the looks, it might be your riding style, but for me the bars would have to be pulled back to allow for an even flow with the forks. Overall its a killer ride, congrats

Answer to quiestions
I bought the fork with the trees someone have started to modified it to harley, and a friend finished it.
It´s stock rake 0 degree, the front end is from a ducati 900 i think, i dont know from what year. (Middle 90`s?)
I haven´t test rode it yet because it´s -16*C and lots of snow here in sweden.
My next mod, if it seems to work god, is to fit the brembo calipers that came with the fork.
The bike is very low because the fork is about 3inches shorter than the stock showa.
Also 90% of the bolts on the bike is polished stainless steel.
About the handle bar i don´t think it´s nice looking but it feel nice iam 193cm (6,3ft) long.
The tank is a lowrider with tacometer and it´s cut about 2inches in the middle and welded togheter
to flow with the lines better..
