saw this bike in an add for Heartland.... to me it looks killer.... what strikes me is the use of grey instead of black... the struts, trees, lowers, wheels & discs, rocker covers, console, risers, switches... I was thinking this might be cool to do to a Dyna with the grey engine. What say everyone else...
That's a modified rocker they all came Grey like that except for the Rocker C

Right on ! I saw that bike in American Iron a few months ago . They had an article on the build . I love the way it came together . And yes.... I think it would look great on any bike .
I like the use of the grey what I don't like aside from the extra long break line someone else already spotted is when someone takes a soft tail and does a different color or chrome on the swing arm.It just accentuates the fact that it's a soft tail and not a hard tail which sort of defeats the purpose of a soft tail in the first place. That grey also reminds me of that dulled chrome look Exile uses on allot of thier stuff.
next round of stuff i will snap some pics... we ahve a bunch coming in to be done in blasted alum... very cool finish.... when we are done i will post up some pics... our facebook page will have new work posted all the time

+1 If HD had built the rocker like that(Hartland kit) with a decent dash I'm sure they would have sold much better.
I am not a fan of the grey primary cover and thought it lookid horrible on my bob. I am in the prossess of switching out my inner and outer primary covers as well as the cam cover and trans covers with wrinkle black. If anyone really likes that grey stuff I have a set sitting in my garage.
