I just bought a Harbor Freight jack, bolted a 1x2 to each side (rbartick mod via https://www.hdforums.com/forum/dyna-...ears-jack.html post #18) and will be molding a piece of kydex to use as my oil drain channel. Total cost for the jack, bolts, wood, rubber to cover wood, and kydex is about $100. While I would not roll my bike around or sit on the front end without it being strapped down tight it does what I need it to for a price that fit the budget my wife gave me.

Do WG's have higher clearance? I don't need to roll my bike up on blocks, only need to put wood under the kickstand and the jack goes under just fine. It is tight but it fits. Just curious.

Thanks. On that view I can see the blocks, so it will fit other lifts.

Of course if I could read that it is made of four independent blocks that will level the frame over the lift, I might have not post....but I did not even in # 24...did I? ;-)

Thanks

French, just so you know, these blocks are problematic. Here's 2 links I posted earlier in this thread that will give an eye opening experience. A lot of guys on here will make their own out of 2x4 material.

Just looking ahead to spring. Any jack issues with the '98 Dyna frame, last year of the Evo 80"? Got a Menard's motorcycle jack, which is probably comparable to the HB, for Christmas.
