HD combo digital speedo/analog tach?

I noticed in the HD 2010 catalog they are selling a digital speedo/analog tach combo for much less than the earlier combo units. Does anyone know if part #74723-10 (Fits ’09-later Dyna models with 5" speedometer) would fit on an 2008 FXDC?

I know mine is a year older but I can't seem to find any info on what the differences are between the '08 and '09 that would impact the speedo.

I believe "miles to empty" is one difference on the '09 over the '08.

I don't know much more than that.

I noticed the new Speedo/Tach combo too! Very nice and Im thinking about getting it for my Fat Bob, but can anyone advise if it has a color matching backlight??????
