Thanks alot jackjr, that just looks loke it would be so much easier to install instead of the PC III.

that does look better but its not the box so much with either that is the problem finding a place for its getting all the wiring situated correctly that you will fight with the most with either box as you move it around to get everything in place. Did the make the wiring harness any different on the PCV vs the PCIII that is what i always had the most trouble with was the wiring harness and getting everything in there the way they want you to and or you end up needing to put it in.

yeah, there seems to be plenty of cable coming off the PCV itself, but the 'T' that runs from the old ECM plug to the ECM module should be longer IMO. That's a real pain to work with. I'm still not happy with how the two plugs are sitting behind the rear cylinder, and I'll probably tear it all apart again to try to position it better.

I was the same way and never was able to get it better now today i had to pull mine out and iam thinking a guy would benifit greatly by pulling the battery box and having that room to work i pulled mine out as i was doing some cleaning while i was in there and gives you alot more room to get your hands in there hold on and ill give you a picture as i took some and youll see what i mean about being able to get in there.

loading them up on photobucket now give me few minutes. But ya after today i wish i had taken the box off when i installed mine i was just taking it out today

Here is link to all 8 pics i took today don't pay attention to how dirty the bike is thats why i pulled the battery box as i wanted to clean the bike up top to bottom since i just road it and its winter here gets dirty on the roads. But i cleaned up inside there to long so washing tomorrow.

Wow.. Taking the battery out REALLY gives you a lot of room to work in. Yep, I'll be doing that when I go to get it in there right. and no worries about the dirt - I realized when I was down in the garage with the camera that mine's a LOT dirtier than I thought. The camera flash shows ALL.
