what type of bike are you on? I can tell you that I loved the way they looked on my street bob. But the ride was just horrible. ESPECIALLY if youre on your stock seat.

Ever thought of the burly slammer kit? Is your main goal to lower or you actually want the look of the struts?

The burly is great quality from what I hear. There is a lot of people on here that have used it and the final look is great. Plus it drops the front too. Im about to get it soon.

Really the only way youre going to know if you like em is by throwing em on and taking it for a spin. Its not a hard job to do, the only difficult time is trying to get your lift out from under the bike once you slam it.

Road 6 customs and biltwell Inc make a great pair of struts for the bob

Yes sir check out my sig pic or go to my albums. Yes it does change the ride but for me i love them, some people just aren't built for struts and some are.

Look in the J&P catalog under suspension for not shocks...look like shocks but they are not.

Hey I made mine and I love it. I slammed mine a lot, I put a hose on the tire and just dropped the bike on it measured and welded up the struts. I had to grind my inner primary to get clearance for the belt. You'll bottom out if you don't watch what your doing and you lose some lean angel too. The ride is ruff as hell on a stock seat, not to bad on a spring or shock seat. But yeah I'm planing on getting lowering shock just because my old lady doesn't like the ride.
