2001 wide glide issues?
I'm looking at a 2001 wide glide with 45k miles. It's very clean and has been well maintained. It last had the 30k service done. what services should be done at 45k? swing arm? neck bearings? fork oil? brake fluid? ect. Were there any issues weak points or recalls with that year bike?

Just a heads up for you if you have cash.... there are many deals around with low miles. dont jump on the first thing you see. i picked up a 2001 LR with 11K for 5300. cash is king and people need money.

The questions to ask the seller are these, have the cam chain tension shoes been replacd and was the bike involved in the camouter bearing recall. The bearing recall is out of date but the question should be asked so that you know wether or not they need to be replaced. Visit a HD dealer to verify the scheduled service then be ready to open your wallet.
