I thought the 1240-TK was it but I found reference somewhere on another site that said except for 08-09 Dressers, 08-09 Dyna's, and 07-09 XL. That's how I got confused.

From their website I'd say 1240-TK is what you want. I've no idea what that other site was referring to - later dressers use TBW (throttle by wire - basically electric throttle without traditional cables) and would need the 1248. That doesn't apply to Dynas and I'm not certain but doubt the XL is TBW.
But you should call them before plunking down your hard earned cash just to be on the safe side. Most companies are more than willing to help you select the correct part.

I emailed them last week and still haven't received a reply back. I might call them one day this week when I'm not so busy.
