Default Cast.

Next time you have one off your bike, drop it in the garage floor from shoulder height and it will crack and or IT WILL BREAK!
Side pressure on a CAST rotor may cause FAILURE!
want more info, email me.
You are riding a time bomb in the rotor department.

ask and I will answer.

Or, google w8lessrotors.com and you will find pages of useful information.
W8less closed the doors for many reasons, among others the fact that they were FAILING due to the cast process that may still be in use today. BEWARE!
We developed a way to forge the matrix material that makes the rotors nearly bullet proof, only 3 were produced, 2 are on the front of my Dyna. The 3rd on the back of a Bonneville racer. Weight, 1.9 lbs each and they are perfect

I've had the Lyndall composites on my bike for a few years now; great performance...used aggressivly 2-up in the mountains with no problems...clean running, too. Rotors are warranteed for life using their pads.
