Ok, I'm not at all high tech and the photos are from my OL's phone so they aren't the best but if they actually make it through take a look. If you are using a 21" wheel it's different than using a stock 19" wheel as far as the spacers are concerned.

I laced a 3.25 21 rim to my hub.. I got the rim from jired I think thats the name of it..

I used the front wheel from a softtail so had to change the bearings and have the axle spacers machined to fit. You should be able to get away with just ading a 3/4 " spacer to both sides and a spacer for you rotor.

I almost outbid you on those fat bob trees on ebay today, but decided to just buy the powder coated ones from harley for 200. keep us posted on your progress, as I will be getting my parts in soon and doing a similar mod using a 2010 wide glide wheel.
