Depends on who is doing the measuring. The 07 I bought had fallen over on a trailer and bent the bars. I happened to have a set from J&P in my attic from an earlier project I never got around to doing. According to J&P these are 12". Laid next to the stockers they are identical (except for the damage, of course 
)

They are officially listed as 10" from Harley. Here is the chart from Harley. The highlighted is the mini-apes.

I tried a set, too skinny for me, prefer 1-1/4 bars, so I never even installed them. Too narrow and didn't look right on the Wide front end.
