So what kind of HP and torque numbers are you putting down? Looks like you have a nice engine build!
-Matt
Matt it is a lo buck build but I have been happy. The SE cast piston are such a bargain and we bored my stock cylinders. You will read about bikes making much better numbers but I have spent enough time hanging around a dyno to see all the ways you can bend the numbers.
I only have one dyno session to map the PCIII and it was 95hp and 98tq. When I got my scottsman heads he wasn't doing the cnc porting. The motor was set up with an .030 squish and about 9.8 to 1 to make the cams work. I don't believe the Rinehardt pipe is the best either. Now that I have the 30 tooth sprocket I hope to return to the dyno and simulate some quarter mile runs and make sure I am not too lean.....

Hey, if you have a nice flat torque band, those are great numbers! Ever think about sending your throttle body out to say HPI to have it bored? Might net you a few more HP for $200. Im sure with the 30t sprocket your bike is very fun to ride! And thats what matters most! Ever take it to the track as of yet? Im in the middle of a build something similar to yours. Having my stock cylinders bored to 103 or 107, t-man cam, Dewey Street port heads and Fat cat. Just tore the bike down last weekend. When I look at all the go fast parts and what they cost, they sure add up quick!
I have been to the track twice so I have a lot to learn about launching it, etc. My best is 12.45 @ 106 mph and that is before the 30T sprocket. Looking forward to going to the track soon to try again.......
