Exhaust ?
I have the v&h 2/1 on an 02 wide glide. With the extra hp from 95" &211 upgrade, my exhaust noise has gotten much more forceful even when cruising, (Kinda tinny sound) Was wondering if wrapping the slip-on part might cut down on the resonance giving it a bit lower tone. It's not the volume, but the tinny pitch, (if you will) that I want to change. Has anyone done this and if so, and it works, how does it look. and can you take the wrapping off if it doesn't work without ruining the pipe?
