technical difficulties

hey guys,

im new to navigating the forums and need some help. every time a click on what i think is a picture link i get a "vbullitin" message saying that i dont have permission to access?

Can somebody tell me how to contact an administrator or moderator or whoever might be able to help me?

also, i think i used to know how to send a private message but i have forgotten i guess because i cant get it to work. how do i do this?

yes i know this stuff should be easy.

You should be seeing them soon. I had the same problem then did some looking around and reading and then found out I needed do some posting. You need at least 5 posts. Once you have 5 posts you should be upgrade shortly there after. I was.
