Default Chrome RR Pulley
Hi all. just a quick question re: the nice chrome rear pulley's you often see. The real McCoy costs quite a bit and I'm wondering if any of you have seen the covers that bolt on? Do they look alright and can pass for the real thing from a few feet away?

a friend of mine has a chrome pulley cover and i think it looks just fine

I like them if you have a solid rear rim,, I ran one till I got the scratch for chrome one !

I really like the look of the cover, enough so I can't justify the cost of a chromed pulley. I don't have any great shots, but here are a couple pictures of my 06 FXDI with the chrome pulley cover on it:



In this picture, you can see you really have to look to see the raw pulley through the wheel and to be able to tell it is not a chrome pulley,

I don't have a pic of the raw side of the pulley like JM does, but mine is black and makes the spokes stand out more, so it works for me.

Default Good point about the spokes
Good thing to think about re: spokes like bike does have. A black one would make them stand out more.
Thanks to all who submitted great pictures. The cover works for me, no need to spend 6 x as much eh?
