The collision I was in with another Harley back in Dec. the other guy was wearing those shoes and near lost his foot. I, on the other hand, was wearing my H-D riding boots and and just dislocated a couple of toes and fractured one bone in my foot.
Coming from opposite directions we collided at the foot pegs.
Don't think it couldn't happen to you,between the two of us we had more than 80 years of riding experience.

Believe me, I bought a pair of good riding boots. I also have gloves that cover the wrist and a full/modular helmet. I also ordered a 3/4 helmet. I would never wear sneakers on a bike. Thank you for the sound advice.
