This is some of the stuff I bought while building my bike this winter. It was a pain to have to run out and grab something in the middle of a project but I ended up doing it for almost every new project.

Good Torx bits: I bought wrenches and bits. The wrenches came in handy for doing the hand controls and some other smaller stuff. I wore out the T-25 and T-27 wrench. The sockets came in when I needed to torque something or for tighter bolts.

12mm Allen Key: if your going to tear into the forks you need this to take the stove pipe bolts out of the lowers.

Pic Set: I used bought a 4 piece set from autozone. They're made by greatneck and I have used them for taking apart connectors and fishing wires out of tight spots. I also used them to remove Loctite from bolts before I had a wire wheel for my drill.

Service Manual: I don't know how they hell I did any modifications before I bought mine. It is easy to use and invaluable for everything.

Big *** Sockets or Big Cresent Wrench: You will need these if you plan on tearing down the front end. I used a 2" cresent but had to run to my stealer to have some stuff torqued down since I didn't have the sockets. I had trouble finding big (over 1 1/2") sockets in 1/2" drive at my local sears, but other have had luck.

I'm sure I left some stuff out. Hopefully some others will chime in with some other stuff.
