Default Headlight bulbs

I have an 06 dyna lowrider. I just switched to a sylvania silverstar H4 , the oem was a 9003, i believe these are the same, murry's auto lists the h4 as a motorcycle bulb. Anyway it works fine and puts out more light keeping the wattages the same...
also does anyone know of a brighter brake light replacement.

You can also use PIAA 3157 as a tillight replacement, brighter braking and running light. 13.95 per pair

I don't know about replacement bulbs, but I just adjusted my head light up, and it made a world of difference.

did you adjust them higher than the service manual suggests? I know the bulb really made a difference with the lite in the same pposition I bought the bike with. I guess we should always check and not trust the dealer to do everything right

I run some cheesy brand, i think it's street glo or something. My freind bought one for his bike and it came in a pack of 2 and i took the other one. It's bright blue and i can see really good. It's a 90 watt low 100 watt high, so what if it's double the legal wattage. I actually had to aim my headlight down. The low beam was blinding people too bad at stop lights and the high beam was way too high and i couldn't see in front of me at all when it was on. I just kept adjusting it till i liked the angle.
