thats what i was thinking about. I saw a kit from branch o'kieffe for like $2000 with the head work high compression pistons cams gears for the timing. So I saw there are a lot of choices wondered if anyone has done it and what the results were like?

I would suggest the stage II 95In kit if you want to stay with Harley, and my dealer said that it wouldnt void my warranty if installed by a certified Harley Tech. BUT If you want "REAL" performance,... Give a call to the guys at www.gmrperformance.com. I was very impressed with their knowledge and helpful advise. They can pretty much put togeather a kit to match your performance desires and budget. They have several Dyno sheets of actual customers bikes with their kits. They also offer great Tech support and advise for the do-it-yourselfer as well. They also have several maps listed on their website for their performance kits available for the power commander III users and for the SERT users as well. I was very impressed after a 20minute phone conversation. So I now advised Mrs. Klaus to inform Santa to put one of the GMR Performance 98in kits on my Christmas list.

My Bob has 95 cui, 203 Cam, PC III and a special exhaust (AMC). The result is 82 HP and 119 Nm from 2000 - 6000 Rpm. I think it was a very good investment. In USA you lucky guys can drive with SE exhaust (not street legal in Germany) witch increases the performance a little bit more.
