IMO the 4 3/8" stroke sucks. I have run against quite a few 103" engines and have yet to be beat by one! Mine is tore down for a 107" 4.125" bore x 4" stroke. I'm sure it will be a blast to ride. Look up 95" and 103" dyno sheets. You will see what i am talking about. The power just isnt there.
Awesome work guys. So Chad in your opinion I'm wanting to do the s&s 97" jugs on my Nightrain next winter is it worth the extra bucks for 2 more cubes? Have you had any experiance w/ this set up? Sorry to high jack the thread.
Following this post for sure. Would like to see the out come of this build. Video would be nice of the first startup.
Dig that color I like it. Going to be one hell of a machine whaen you get done with it. Best to you and your build.
The 107 Has the same bore and stoke as the 427SB chevy. The bigger bore unshrouds the intake which is always a good thing. I'm really looking forward to your dyno stat's. The head work from what I hear is needed for anything over stock and a big improvemnt even for stock cubic inches with Harley heads.

Not really worth the money IMO. Are you planning on doing head work? If not, spend the extra money on head work and have your cylinders bored to 95". Stock cylinders can be bored out to 3.985 which is 98". The pistons for a 98" are a bit more than 95" though.
