2up Seat for FXD

What is the best 2up seat offered my harley to fit a 09 FXD ? I need something thats comfortable so I can ride longer. I, like a lot of other guys, have lower back problems and in about an hour I start hurting and my butt goes num.

Is there a seat thats more comfortable out there ? My back probably always will give me trouble but maby I can find something that will help me last longer in the saddle.

Check out hd sundowner... Or maybe have you stock seat modified (memmory foam and/or gel inserts would help) there is a sponsor of this site that does them, the name slips me.

I have a Mustang wide touring seat that was on my 2008 fxdf. I liked it alot, very comfortable on longer rides. If it fits your bike and you're interested, drop me a note before i put it on craigslist or something.

Best thing you can get is something with a drivers backrest. I have a bad back and it makes a huge difference riding with it in.

I bought a stock seat on ebay and had it miracle foam stuffed by Bar Enterprises in Cali for $240. It works well for me.

i have the mustang wide vintage , its a great seat i can ride all day on it. I have noticed though that when i ride if im lazy and dont keep my posture good ( slouch) that even with the mustang seat my tail bone does start to hurt. Also the height and position of your bars can effect your lower back and such. just some food for thought :-)
